I’m Wes of Disabledland welcome to my Podcast. I have been Disabled my whole life born with Arthrogryposis. Yes, those are my Cripple Credentials (our word). Disabledland is a different kind of Disability Advocacy, here in Disabledland we talk (and troll) back we take no shit and are not hear to inspire. Disabledland covers the hard truths about living and surviving on the Planet of the Ables. This is in some ways the second Disabledland you will notice the first 18 episodes have original upload dates in the titles. Disabledland started as part of a dream of building something bigger, a full podcast network. It did not work out, no one's fault really.Disabledland is now fully owned and operated by the Disabled for the Disabled. Do you need to be Disabled to be a listener? No but you need to know that Disabledland is here to educate, not to inspire or handhold the Able Bodied. Here in Disabledland we are Disability first.
